If there was ever a pant designed to handle any circumstance, it's First Lite's Corrugate Foundry. The hybrid pant takes design cues and features from our best-performing pants and creates a highly functional style, ready for any pursuit. Low-profile removable knee pads provide imperative protection when dropping to a knee or crawling over rock, brush, and deadfall. The seat and knees have been generously built with a 2 layer waterproof membrane to increase comfort and remain dry in wet conditions. Additionally, the integrated side leg zippers offer easy ventilation and access to zip-off base layers. The nylon construction provides ease of movement and an additional DWR treatment for added moisture resistance. On top of it all, the pants feature and include a new suspender system with reduced hardware and friction points for hunters who pack out heavy. 

This pant uses a rigid waistband with no stretch. If your waist falls close to or directly between sizes, select the next size up.

No complaints, fits well, durable, can wear on hot days or in the snow. Drys fast. I have them in green and brown, they just need to come out with a black pair.

Ideal for deep backcountry shenanigans

I bought an early pair of these when they first came out. Awesome design, a little rough around the edges - waist buttonhole was too small, logo stitching came unraveled, and the fit was snug given the inelastic waist. Four years later, First Lite has ironed out all the kinks. The finish and QC is incredible, and the fit is awesome. I recommend sizing up a bit, as this is a shoulder/late-season pant that'll often be paired with thermal bottoms. The pockets and vents are extremely well-designed for use with a loaded backpack. Great if you have a scrubby/sunny hike in deep to your elk camp, but are expecting rain/snow/graupel and the thinner offerings (ahem 308) are too light-duty for a high-country October storm.

Awesome pants

I've been on the search for a good pair of outdoor pants for a while and have tried a lot of the popular brands. The Corrugate Foundry pants checked all the boxes I was looking for: true to fit sizing, built in knee pads, pocket placement that makes sense, big side vents, and durable but comfortable fabric. I got tangled up with a fence post the other day which left a big scratch and bruise on my thigh but you can barely see a mark on the pants, much less any damage to the fabric. Last comment: First Lite sponsored a NRL Hunter match I shot recently and they contributed several gift cards (of a very generous amount) to the prize table. Good gear, slow exchange or return

I love first lite gear!!! I have just about replaced all of my old stuff with it. It's comfortable, well thought out, and uses quality materials. Shipping times, returns and exchanges could all be improved, especially since charging for shipping. I'm 4 weeks from my order date and still haven't been notified that my exchange is on the way.

Solid construction

I reached out looking for the right pant for a rough country hunt with heavy sage brush . Chase at customer support recommended these, and they are definitely the right pair.
