I originally bought this for my 8 year old. He was constantly getting cold hands and while out turkey hunting I didn't want him wearing heavy gloves. I also purchased a pair of electronic hand warmers from the internet and when used together my son did not complain at all about having cold hands. The item is well made and a bit bulky for a western hunter walking a lot but it works as advertised and is very comfortable.

I’m a little disappointed in this muff. I’ve always preferred a hand muff over gloves because I’m bow hunting 99% of the time I like having my hands free. I’ve wanted this for a few years and this year finally decided to order it. The inside material is similar to any other primaloft muff, it’s soft and warm. The outside zipper pocket is a good size and convenient for different items. Where this thing really lacks is keeping the warmth in. I have $20 muffs that have elastic cuffs to help trap the heat. I also wouldn’t mind seeing other attachment methods so it can be easily clipped onto bibs, saddles, packs or whatever. For the price point there’s room for improvements. Overall it’s warm and it gets the job done.

Keeps my hands warm with no gloves, hands easily removal and ready in a moment for use with bow

I haven’t had the opportunity to take this out yet, but if the quality is the same as my other First Lite products I’m sure I will be pleased.

I haven't used this outside of my living room yet but am optimistic about it for two reasons.

1.) It makes my hands start to feel sweaty in less than a minute when used at ~70 F.
2.) The pocket on the front of it seems to be about the perfect size to store the supplies needed in the field for my muzzleloader. That is, it could hold several quick loaders, a cleaning jag, and patches.
