From September elk to January mallards, the Women's Kiln Long Jane is our do-it-all bottom for female hunters. The successor to our best-selling Larkspur, this piece is constructed of our Midweight 250 gram Merino-X fabric for improved fit and durability. Perhaps the most versatile base layer component within the First Lite system, the Women's Kiln Long Jane simply cannot be beaten as a do-it-all bottom for any outdoor enthusiast. With its 18.5-micron, 250-gram Merino-X fabric, this piece can be either your first or second layer and will keep you comfortable and odor-free from September through May.

I'm no hunter, but I love these pants

My favorite baselayer, for running in cold weather, & for yoga. The waistband is great- not super tight like most other merino brands. I have 2 pairs- the waist height & length differ, but same style.

I bought these as a base layer, and for winter running. So far, they are great! Warm, but not too thick; The waistband is perfect- fitted without restricting Material feels durable. Would love if they were just a bit longer.

I ordered the kiln Long Jane's in brown and I love how they fit and how they look. The material is very comfortable and they fit perfectly. They even look great on, so I wear them around the cabin after hours

Love these bottoms. So nice to finally have womens bottoms that actually fit well.

Weird fit, but very cozy

I ordered size medium (5'3"" - 29"" waist - 38"" hips). The waist fits well but there is a lot of extra fabric at the front, not flattering. I like the thickness of the fabric and they're comfortable.
