The First Lite Brimmed Beanie is constructed of one layer of 350g Merino-X. The Brimmed Beanie is just long enough to cover your ears on those frigid mornings, but can be rolled up as the day wears on and the temperature goes up. We have sewn a small brim that is large enough to keep the sun out of your eyes or enable you to hide your eyes from game while small enough not to interfere with your string on compound or traditional bows.
Choose options
I purchased Hunter Orange versions of both brimmed beanies. The hats themselves are nice & as expected. However, the shade of orange of Furnace 350 (the one with wool content) likely does not meet any state’s legal definition of blaze orange. Whatever the minimum square inches of orange your state requires, I suggest you not include the Furnace 350 beanie in your calculation. (Montana regs refer to fluorescent; this beanie is not.)

Brimmed Merino Beanie
I love this thing. The brim size is perfect to keep the sun out of your face. Its crazy warm as well, great piece of gear. Great job First Lite.
