Stretch Nylon Hybrid With DWR
If there was ever a pant designed to handle any circumstance, it's First Lite's Corrugate Foundry. The hybrid pant takes design cues and features from our best-performing pants and creates a highly functional style, ready for any pursuit. Low-profile removable knee pads provide imperative protection when dropping to a knee or crawling over rock, brush, and deadfall. The seat and knees have been generously built with a 2 layer waterproof membrane to increase comfort and remain dry in wet conditions. Additionally, the integrated side leg zippers offer easy ventilation and access to zip-off base layers. The nylon construction provides ease of movement and an additional DWR treatment for added moisture resistance. On top of it all, the pants feature and include a new suspender system with reduced hardware and friction points for hunters who pack out heavy.
This pant uses a rigid waistband with no stretch. If your waist falls close to or directly between sizes, select the next size up.

I bought these for my son. He wore them on a backpacking and fly fishing excursion and said they are fantastic. He loved the padded knees.
Just received the pants yesterday and they are extremely comfortable and have a nice stretch. I'll never worn knee pads in my hunting pants but I'm going to give them a try. My only knock on the pants, is that the reinforced knees and seat are a much different shade than what is shown in the photos. I ordered the Conifer, and it's two different greens for sure. Not a big deal for hunting, just not as shown in the photos.
Corrugate Foundry Pant
This is my second pair and they are my go to pant! They were great for the 2024 deer and turkey seasons. Room to layer and durable! Sounds wise they aren’t horrible but not the best, I was still able to stalk a group of 4 long beards to 25 yards and they had no clue I was there. Low and slow!
They seem well built. However, they are very noisy.

Thank you for reaching out to us. These pants are a little louder as they are built out of a nylon material. They are super durable however that does limit how quiet we can make them. I have noticed myself after washing them 2-3 times they do quiet down quite a bit. However if you would like to process a return for those if they are still in new condition we would be happy to do so!
