If there was ever a pant designed to handle any circumstance, it's First Lite's Corrugate Foundry. The hybrid pant takes design cues and features from our best-performing pants and creates a highly functional style, ready for any pursuit. Low-profile removable knee pads provide imperative protection when dropping to a knee or crawling over rock, brush, and deadfall. The seat and knees have been generously built with a 2 layer waterproof membrane to increase comfort and remain dry in wet conditions. Additionally, the integrated side leg zippers offer easy ventilation and access to zip-off base layers. The nylon construction provides ease of movement and an additional DWR treatment for added moisture resistance. On top of it all, the pants feature and include a new suspender system with reduced hardware and friction points for hunters who pack out heavy. 

This pant uses a rigid waistband with no stretch. If your waist falls close to or directly between sizes, select the next size up.

Really good pants overall. The knee pads are great, flexible and not too bulky, though once you get sweaty they will squeak against the skin on your knees. The sizing could use an in between size for me. The 34's have a tad bit of room, and once worn they opened up a bit to where a 32 probably would've worked, but when they're new it seemed like a 32 would've been too tight so I decided not to return. The fabric is what I expected because I have the guide pants, it's great at being durable and not sticking to briars, but they are loud, "swishy". The cut of the pants isn't as good as the guide pant; I feel like the guides are more tapered and fit closer to your body, whereas these are a little looser everywhere but especially knee-down. With that said, I really do like them. You can vent yourself quickly with the side zips and my knees were very thankful for the pads. Haven't tested just how water proof the seat is yet, but I expect it to do well based on construction and the heft of the material. Typical firstlite pockets, great design to get your hand in/out and one handed operation of the zippers.

Absolutely love these pants. They exceeded expectations! If there was anything I wish I could change was that they had an elastic waistband. Still 5 stars!
