The advanced 2-layer construction is designed to work with your body like a second skin. Engineered stretch moves with you to provide uninhibited movement. The unique reach-up arm design and Shooter's Sleeve provide complete range-of-motion without riding up or getting in the way of your rifle or bow. The Catalyst's 37.5 interior fleece enhances your body's natural processes to optimize body temperature and exhaust sweat to keep you comfortable, while the DWR-treated exterior provides silent, durable exterior works to shed moisture and cut wind.

Like it, but not as nice as the pants

While I do like this jacket, I don't love it as much as the Catalyst pants. The jacket does not feel as thick or warm as the pants do. It's a great top layer for light rain or slight wind but requires a sweatshirt underneath for any real warmth. I like it, it's just not as great as the pants!

Good but not for temp they say

The jacket is as well made as anything firstlite makes, to notch. The temperature rating they show, however, is much like a sleeping bag rating. Sure you could use it in those temps but you ain't gonna be comfortable. Add an extra 10°-20° and you got a great jacket.

Cannot say enough about this jacket!

This jacket might be my new favorite piece. So lightweight and quiet, and it blocks wind like nothing I've worn before. I wore this in ND for a muley hunt, and even glassing from the top of a butte in the driving wind with temps in the 30s, I stayed warm with only the long sleeved wick quarter zip and kiln hoodie under my jacket—and I'm usually the person tearing into my pack to pull out my puffy jacket and hand warmers while we're glassing. Amazingly, I also didn't overheat and sweat like crazy on my walk in or out. Can't wait to put this to use in the deer stand in MO and AR in a couple weeks!! First Lite, great job with this jacket. Please make this and the Catalyst pant in solids as well!!!
