Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Any customer who has previously made a purchase on the First Lite website is eligible to participate as a referrer (advocate).

  • Referred friends must be new First Lite customers who have not previously made a purchase.

  • Customers must be enrolled in the referral program to receive a referral link and earn rewards.

Referral Discounts

  • Referred friends receive 20% off their first qualifying purchase.

  • Each advocate receives a unique referral discount code that can be used by multiple eligible friends.

  • Friend discount codes expire 30 days after the advocate enrolls in the program, not when the code is shared.

  • If a friend discount code expires, a new code will be generated when someone visits the advocate's referral link. Referral links remain active.

Advocate Rewards

  • Advocates earn a 15% discount for each qualifying referral that results in a first-time customer purchase.

  • Rewards are subject to a two-day verification period before being issued.

  • Each 15% reward expires 60 days after issuance.

  • There is no limit to the number of referral rewards an advocate can earn. Each qualifying referral generates a separate reward code.

Discount Restrictions

  • Referral discounts cannot be combined with other product or order discounts. The best eligible discount will apply at checkout.

  • Referral discounts may be combined with eligible shipping discounts.

  • Friend discounts are valid for first-time customers only.

Referral Verification & Fraud Prevention

  • All referrals are subject to verification to ensure program eligibility.

  • Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or other suspected misuse of the program may be disqualified.

  • Referral codes are intended for personal sharing and may not be knowingly published or submitted to public coupon-sharing or discount aggregation platforms, including Honey and RetailMeNot. First Lite reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the program and revoke associated rewards for violations of this policy.

  • First Lite reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards associated with ineligible or fraudulent referrals.

Program Changes

First Lite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program, including its discounts, eligibility requirements, and reward structure, at any time.
