A durable stretch-woven face fabric shrugs off wind and weather while remaining quiet and flexible for unrestricted movement. Inside, the ultra-breathable 37.5® active fleece lining works to trap warmth when you’re still and dump heat when you’re moving, keeping you comfortable from dawn to dusk.

Designed to be worn as a standalone outer layer in mild conditions or layered beneath insulation when the mercury drops, the Navigator Hoody delivers versatility for every hunt, without weighing you down.

I purchased the women’s Navigator in early October and have since put it through the wringer. It has quickly become my go-to piece for fall in the Midwest. It’s not durable but it’s not supposed to be; however, I have hauled armloads of firewood up the hill in the backyard 2-3 nights per week for two months and it has no tears. I’ve worn it for several backpack day hunts through some thick Eastern Deciduous hill country along the Missouri River hills and no damage. I’m 5’4” 160lbs and bought a large. I can layer a kiln hoody under it with plenty of room. A medium would be my true size for the piece. I’m currently adding a small to my cart to have a tighter fitting option for casual wear.

I wanted to love this but it’s way too expensive for what it is. Warm…yes. Durable…not at all. I first got this for an upland bird hunt out west. Never got the chance to use it because it tore at camp. No clue how because I was merely getting ready.

Customer service did replace it, which was awesome. I wanted to provide a fair assessment, however so I wore it deer hunting in Kentucky. If you run into 1 briar thicket, it’s game over. I think this was intended for western big game hunting where you are walking in the open and just sitting. Any hunting on the eastern side of the country will destroy it. The Navigator Hoody is not meant for thick vegetation. This is probably best as a true mid layer with a durable layer on top.

I love my old FirstLite gear, from years ago. The newer stuff is just not the same quality, but I feel an honest review helps with product development in the future.

This hoody fits great and keeps me warm. I'm so glad First Lite redid the sizing on their women's line, the fit is so much better than it used to be. Love that this comes in green so I can use it for uniform at work. Please keep more good products like this coming.
