Overall fit on this light weight shell is pretty good. It's warm for cool weather, fits tight so it doesn't interfere with my bowstring and so it has a great deal of potential.

Where it fails for me is the hood. The hood is inflexible, preventing you from effectively turning your head and so your head slides inside the hood space. This causes your vision to be obstructed and there simply is not a good solution for this, especially for an archer.

Unfortunately, this hood is so bad that it really prevents me from even wearing the jacket as is. I took it to a tailor and had them cut it off, tighten up the neck area and seal it up which cost about as much as the jacket. :(

Solid piece of gear

I use this as a light outer shell in my system (PCU level 5 Jacket). So far it has work famously. I wish the collar/hood was different. Like a separated pop up collar. However it is exactly as advertised. Used it to walk 9 miles the other day in 37 degree temps with rain. Kept me warm and dry. Thank you for all you do first lite!
