The Women’s Wick Quarter Zip now features an updated fit that’s true to size and has more room in the bust and arms. Use our new women’s size chart if you’re unsure of where you fall in our new size scale.

From the archery opener in Carolina to desert aoudad in Texas, the Women's Wick is First Lite's next-to-skin base layer for high-output hunts in hot weather. The airy 150-gram Aerowool® construction features 37.5 active particle technology and will dry rapidly without compromising durability or odor resistance. This layer also features a quarter-length front zipper to cool down in hot weather and 125-gram Aerowool® mesh panels to maximize ventilation during active hunts. The Wick Ultralight 150 Quarter Zip is the new standard for quick-drying, odor-resistant, ultralight base layers.

Ultralight 150 Aerowool® construction combines the finest, 17.5-micron merino wool available with 37.5-activated nylon fibers to create a super-charged fabric with incredible performance benefits. Our Wick styles also integrate 125-gram Aerowool® mesh to targeted hot-zones, which also utilizes 17.5-micron merino and 37.5-activated nylon fibers. What you get is enhanced odor resistance, exponentially improved dry times, increased durability and moisture-wicking, and a fabric that can cool you down when you're heating up and warm you up when it's cooling down.

Kate is 5'6" 150lbs, wearing a size Small.

Lightweight, Comfortable, Great odor control

Wore this on a 12 mile shed hunting trip and was amazed at the temperature regulation and odor control! It's not as durable as I hoped though, the material starter pilling after one day.

My wife loves it

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. She isn't a hunter and she is not a huge fan of earth tone colors. But since moving to Colorado she needed a good base layer and she loves it.

Love this shirt!!

I'm not a hunter but I LOVE First Lite clothing for my colder winter weather activities!! This shirt will be the perfect base layer for cold weather runs and ice fishing! I will also wear it with jeans and a vest to stay warm at work!!

Great all-around base layer

I bought this for my wife, who is getting back into hunting after a 20 year hiatus. She's 5'7"" and a slim build (usually a S or XS in most long-sleeved shirts), and the small size was perfect!

Great baselayer

I love all of First Lite's merino base layers! I am primarily a waterfowl hunter, and I like to wear this over the short sleeve wick and under the kiln hoodie. I wore this combo under my down jacket and waterproof outer layer for a week-long hunt in Cold Bay, AK, and always stayed plenty warm. I had my Furnace quarter-zip in my blind bag each day, but rarely had to add that additional layer. These also did a great job wicking sweat after walking a mile or so in and out over the tundra. Excellent quality as always! Fit is perfect for me (size small; 5'4"" and 125 lbs), but if you prefer a tighter fit, you may want to size down.
