First Lite Timber Camouflage

Darkwater is the latest in First Lite camo technology, designed for hunts in heavy timber environments with a fine-tuned color palette and micro-breakup textures that deliver maximum concealment at close ranges under the shadowed canopy of hardwood forests, river bottoms, and wooded wetlands.

Environment

First Lite Darkwater camo was built with the same nature-based algorithm as our propreitary Typha, Specter, Fusion, and Cerca patterns but features considerably more micro-breakup elements and high contrast textures to keep hunters hidden in dark timber and wetlands.

Break-up Elements

SMALL-MEDIUM TEXTURES: Micro design elements break-up a silhouette when viewed from close distances (inside 20yds). The visual disruption created by the smaller bark and lichen textures is critical within the overhead hardwood canopy at very close ranges.

CRACKELETURE & LARGE SHAPE DISRUPTION: Macro design elements work together to break-up a silhouette at greater distances (+40 yards) using continual contrast between the light Twill tan and darker Canteen and Demitasse browns.

FOCAL DEPTH CONFUSION & DISRUPTIVE COLORATION: Created from the balance of all breakup elements and fine-tuned, contrasting color palette.
