Built to optimize warmth-to-weight ratio without sacrificing utility, the North Range Puffy Jacket has the feature set and warmth to be your reliable, packable, insulated jacket. Its quiet ripstop face-fabric sheds light rain and snow using a PFAS-free DWR. Filled with 133 gsm of Primaloft®Gold synthetic insulation throughout the body, arms, and hood, it provides incredible warmth and coverage. Two high-hand pockets are compatible with your pack belt and bino harness, a zippered chest pocket stores necessities for quick access, an interior mesh pocket warmly stores your gloves and hat, and an adjustable drop hood seals in warmth in the face of severe weather. The North Range is purpose-built to be the perfect packable, lightweight, and warm puffy to round out every western hunter's layering system.

This jacket is amazing! It’s not advertised as windproof/resistant but it most definitely is. I live on the west side of Kodiak. My mode of transport is plane or boat. We have been traveling to our hunting spots by boat in sub 30’s degrees F, the wind never once cut through. It’s been on a mountain goat hunt as well that it performed amazing on. Highly recommend this jacket, it’s toasty and has great features. I plan on having another one as an everyday jacket, fit would be true to size. I ordered up just to accommodate bulky layers if I wanted and a bino harness. My next one will be my normal size for regular layers.
For the Fall, I like the light weight but warmth. Looking forward to seeing how it performs in colder weather. And the fit is excellent!
Women's North Range Puffy Jacket
I’m 5'2", 130 lbs, and usually wear a medium, so I went with a medium and the fit is spot on. The jacket feels lightweight but surprisingly warm, and the color is exactly what I hoped for. All the pockets are thoughtfully placed, especially the hand pockets that play nicely with a pack belt, bino harness, or my bird vest. The hood is adjustable and feels like it will really lock in warmth when the temps drop. These are just my first impressions, but I’m excited to put it to the test this fall. So far its ticking all the boxes for a reliable packable insulated layer.
Probably my new favorite puffy jacket ever. I've been wearing it nonstop all season so far. Fits very well and keeps me very warm. Doubles as a great pillow too when camping!
